The SWEET PEA
Availability:
The SWEET PEA flower looks good complementing other blooms in hand-tied bouquets. The blooms have a fine fragrance. It comes in white, pink, red/coral, and lavender/purple colours to suit all tastes. |

The LISIANTHUS
Availability:
The LISIANTHUS is a long-lasting flower having four wide ruffled, delicate petals and oval leaves. Colours include white, light and dark pink, lavender, deep purple, and bi-colours. Double and single flowered varieties exist. |

The CELOSIA
Availability:
Of the two varieties avaiable, the Crinkled CELOSIA (pictured left here) is most often used in bridal work. Some blooms are so crinkled they are almost circular, though most are a fan shape. Celosia Plumosa is a pointed, flame-shaped flower, very fluffy, like brightly coloured pampas grass. Available colours are hot pinks, purples, golds and oranges, bronze and pale green. |

The AGAPANTHUS
Availability:
The AGAPANTHUS is available in various shades of blue to white. The main season for Agapanthus is the Summer, but some varieties are available as early as April and as late as December. |

The ASTILBE
Availability:
The ASTILBE has erect flower plumes of tiny fluffy flowers. They can be used in 'rustic' bouquets and other arrangements complementing larger blooms. Available colours are red, pink and white. |
