We condition and prepare all our flowers, and make all the bouquets, table arrangements, pedestals, buttonholes and corsages etc. here.
Flowers and foliage arrive in boxes very early in the morning. We unpack and sort everything into plastic buckets in the workshop.
We then condition each stem before starting to make the bouquets.
For a big wedding, there can be four of us working in here - sometimes late into the night!
The workshop is temperature controlled. We constantly maintain a cool environment to keep all the flowers in prime condition. That is why we wear fleeces!
